I constantly scanned Facebook groups and 'listened' for common questions and the words used by our ideal customers. e.g. if I started seeing 'what's a good CAC for Google Ads?' trending...I'd write an article about it, would share it (value first) and that started the flywheel to get us over 5k subscribers and generate millions in revenue for us. now, I can 'listen' to every sales call, client facing call etc and do the same, find the themes and create content (both internal and external) that are understood by all parties
